摘要
青年教师是推动我国教育事业发展的新鲜血液,也是高校等教育机构未来的中坚力量,但就目前来看,我国高校中的青年教职工往往存在着教育经验不足、能力发展不平衡等问题。作为今后教职工的主力,青年教师的相关能力需要得到系统性的培育与提升。现就笔者观点,在教师专业化视角下对高校教职工的职后教育管理方面进行浅要研究。
Young college teachers are regarded as fresh blood to promote the development of education cause in our country; they are at the same the future backbone of education institutions. Yet so far, young college teachers in China usually don't acquire sufficient education experience or balanced competence development. College educators, the main teaching force in future, need to develop and improve their competency in a systematic way. This paper makes a study on their post-service education management in the view of teachers professionalization.
