职业化和专业化是高校辅导员队伍建设的必然趋势,而高校辅导员作为大学生的引路者,在培养和引导大学生价值观方面非常重要,因此在职业化视野下,提升高校辅导员素质能力是高校人才培养的重点任务。从职业化视野下高校辅导员的职责与要求入手,从专业知识、职业能力、职业道德为着陆点,探索职业化视野下提升高校辅导员素质能力的基本路径。

Professionalization and specialization are the inevitable trend of constructing college counselor team, and college counselors play the very important role in training and guiding college students＇ values. In the view of professionalization, the key task of college talent training is, therefore, to improve the counselors＇ qualities and abilities. This article, starting from their responsibilities and requirements, explores the paths of enhancing college counselors＇ qualities in terms of their professional knowledge, professional ability and professional ethics.
