当前我国城市治理中弱势群体利益表达路径探析

Analysis of the Paths of Expressing Disadvantaged Groups' Profits in China's Urban Governance

改革开放以来,城市治理过程中利益矛盾不断凸显,群体事件不断发生,成为制约经济持续健康发展的一个重要短板。探求究竟,是社会结构落后于经济发展水平,尤其是弱势群体利益得不到维护和保障,其利益表达渠道相对狭窄,无法满足其利益表达需求。通过探寻当前我国城市治理中弱势群体利益表达的现状,分析其取得的成就及不足,为构建与社会主义市场经济相适应的城市利益均衡协调机制提供一些理论思考。

Since Chinese economic reform and openness, the conflicts of interest get increasingly prominent in the process of urban governance. The constantly emerging mass incidents have become the short board which restricts the healthy development of the economy. What is behind can be explained as the fact that social structure lags behind the level of economic development, especially the interests of disadvantaged groups can not be guaranteed because their relatively narrow paths of interests expression cannot meet the demands of their interests expression. The paper, through exploring the current status of Chinese vulnerable groups＇ interests expression in the urban governance, analyzes the achievements and disadvantages, and provides some theoretical thinking for building coordination mechanism compatible with the socialist market economy as as to balance urban interests.
