独立学院实践教学体系探索与构建——以皖西北某独立学院为例

Exploration and Construction of Practical Teaching System in Independent Institutes —— A Case Study of an Independent Institute in Northwest Anhui

应用型人才培养既是高等教育的必然要求,也是独立学院转型定位发展的一个重要课题,实践教学体系的构建是实现高素质应用型人才培养的重要基础。皖西北某独立学院立足于现有实践教学体系建设的现状,总结了在培养应用型人才过程中的问题和不足,对如何构建科学、合理的实践教学体系进行了充分的思考和探索,为学院在转型发展时期更好地定位于服务地方经济的办学目标提出了有意义的参考。

The cultivation of application-oriented talents is not only the inevitable demand for higher education, but also a primary task for independent institutes＇ transformation and positioning development. The construction of practical teaching system is the important foundation to realize the cultivation of applied talents with high qualities. Some independent institute in Northwest Anhui, based on the present situation of teaching system construction, summarizes the problems and defects in the process of cultivating applied talents, gives full thinking to and makes exploration on how to construct a scientific and reasonable practical teaching system, and proposes meaningful references for institutes to better position their educational goal of serving the local economy in the transformation development period.
