摘要
旅游教育是旅游人才培养的基础,旅游高等教育质量评价除质量过程管理反馈之外,更多的应该来自毕业生就业表现和旅游行业的贡献度(即专业的对口度)。职业认知是职业成熟度的核心,而生涯决策则是职业定向的扩展。因此,提升大学生职业认识,将有利于其全面清晰地分析自己,有利于生涯决策的明确及旅游院校就业质量的提升。
Tourism education is the foundation of the tourism talent training, the quality evaluation on higher education in tourism should come from not only the feedback on quality process management, but more from undergraduates' employment performance and their contribution rote to tourism industry (i.e., the rate of professional counterparts). Professional cognition is the core of career maturity and career decision-making is the expansion of the professional orientation. Therefore, the improvement of college students' career cognition will be conducive to the comprehensive self-analysis, the clearness of career decision-making as well as improving the employment quality of tourism colleges.
