服务国际传播的新型外语智库内涵及特征

Connotation and Features of a New Foreign Language Think-tank Serving International Communication

伴随着我国国际化进程的加快与国际间交流合作的日益紧密,建立全新的服务于国际传播的外语智库迫在眉睫。这种全新的外语智库不但需要专业型的语言人才,更需要多种学科交叉融合培养出的复合型人才,只有这样新型外语智库才能发挥出其具有的交流传播能力,在充分理解东西方文化、政治和历史背景差异之下,才能有效地实现我国文化、政治以及价值观的有效传播。

Along with the rapid progress of internationalization and the increasingly closed international exchanges and cooperation, it becomes more and more imminent to establish a new foreign language think-tank which performs the function of serving international communication. In this regard, not only professional language talents but also inter-disciplinary talents are badly needed for the think-tank to perform its own ability in communication and transmission. Only by fully understanding the differences in eastem and western culture as well in political, and historical background can the effective communication take place in terms of culture, politics and values.
