糯玉米改性淀粉印花糊料的理化性能 被引量:1

摘要 以糯玉米淀粉和氯乙酸为主要原料,采用有机醇类复配溶剂的方式对糯玉米淀粉进行改性,制得能溶于水的高取代度的羧甲基淀粉钠。采用正交试验确定影响实验的主要因素及其用量和反应条件。所得羧甲基淀粉取代度为1.02101。同时利用现代分析仪器红外光谱图和扫描电镜对所制得的高取代度羧甲基淀粉的结构进行分析。最后对它的理化性能进行研究。结果表明该种羧甲基淀粉作为印花糊料有含固量高、稳定性好,给色量高,成本低的特点,能够代替海藻酸钠作为糊料,并具有良好的应用前景。 By taking waxy corn starch and chloroacetic acid as the main raw materials,waxy corn starch was modified by adopting organic alcohols compound solvent to obtain carboxymethyl starch sodium with high degree of substitution that could be soluble in water. The main influencing factors of the experiment and the reaction conditions were determined by using orthogonal test. The substitution degree of carboxymethyl starch was 1. 02101.Meanwhile the structure of the obtained carboxymethyl starch with high degree of substitution was analyzed by using modern analytical instruments such as IR spectra and scanning electron microscopy( SEM). Its physical and chemical properties were studied. The results showed that as printing gum,the carboxymethyl starch had such merits as high solid content,good stability,high color quantity and low cost,which could replace sodium alginate as printing gum and have a good application prospect.
