利用静电纺丝制备导电纳米纤维的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 静电纺丝是制备超细长丝的有效、便捷技术,制备的导电纳米纤维具有纳米至微米结构形态特征、高比表面积、良好的导电性能,为新型导电材料的设计研究提供了广阔的应用空间,受到基础科学和应用领域专家的兴趣和重视。利用静电纺技术制备导电纳米纤维的原料成分主要有导电高分子聚合物、纳米碳基材料、金属化合物及复合型材料,较多的应用于传感器、超级电容器和光伏电源等领域,是静电纺研究的热点。文中概述了静电纺导电纳米纤维的分类、制备方法和结构性能,并展望了静电纺导电纳米纤维的研究前景。 Electrospinning is an effective and convenient preparation technology to prepare the ultrafine filament. The prepared conductive nanofiber has many advantages such as nano-to-micro structure morphology,high specific surface area and good electrical conductivity,which provides a broad application space for design and research of new type of conductive materials and attracts interests and attention from experts of basic science and application fields. The main raw material components of such fiber include conductive polymer,nanocarbon-based materials,metallic compounds and composites,which are widely reported in the applications of sensors,super capacitors and photovoltaic power and other fields,and it is the hot issue of the electrospinning research.The classification,conductive mechanism,preparation methods and structure performance of the electrospinning conductive nanofiber were introduced and its prospect was put forward.
