《血栓形成》教学案例的设计和思考

摘要 以往病理学中《血栓形成》的教学采用教师讲授的方法,理论知识较粗糙乏味,较难理解和记忆。本文主要介绍在《血栓形成》的教学中采用了任务引领、分组病例讨论、网页案例教学和MAKA链接制作的教学方法,把时间和解决问题交给学生,学生需要借助前面所学和查阅新知识去完成任务分组讨论,总结;同时,教师参与小组讨论,巡视并进行诱导提问,实时了解学生学习的动向;教师通过提问和讲解帮助学生完成任务,最后,学生提出问题和总结发言,这样,教师进行针对性地教学,改变了一言堂的教学模式。课后,运用MAKA技术进行链接制作,我们的成果可以分享给任何一个想学习病理学的人,教师应结合学情和当下实用的教学方法,实时评估教学效果,不断深入教学内容,提升自身的教学能力。 The thrombosis in pathology adopts the method of teachers' teaching In the past,Theoretical knowledge is rough boring,more difficult to understand and remember.This paper mainly introduces the methods of the thrombosis adopted task leading cases,group discussion,case teaching and MAKA link web page.Giving students time to solve the problem,the students need to use what they have learned and access to new knowledge to accomplish the task group discussion and summary; At the same time,teachers participation in group discussion,patrol and inducing questions; Teachers use questions and help students to complete the task,at last,the students to ask questions and summing-up,in this way,teachers in teaching,change the centralized mode of teaching.After class,using the MAKA technology link production,our results can be shared with any people who want to study pathology.Teachers should combine learning and the present practical teaching methods,evaluate real-time of teaching effect,deepening the teaching content,to raise their ability of teaching.
