摘要
利用YLS-4000-CL光纤激光器在Q235钢上制备镀铜石墨/铜梯度复合涂层,对熔覆层宏观表面进行观察,采用光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对熔覆层的微观形貌进行观察。利用显微硬度计和磨损试验机以及多功能材料表面性能仪测试熔覆层的显微硬度和摩擦磨损性能。分析表明:激光功率600 W,扫描速率8 mm/s时,石墨/铜梯度材料的硬度值最大,为115 HV,并且磨损率也达到最小值,为6.9‰。
The graphite/Cu gradient composite cladding on Q235 steel was prepared utilizing YLS-4000-CL fiber laser, and the micro morphology of the cladding layer was observed by optical microscope, scanning electron microscope. The microhardness and frictional resistance of the cladding layer were tested with microhardness tester, abrasion tester and multifunctional material surface analyzer. The analysis result indicates that, when the laser power is 600 W, the sweep speed is 8 mm/s, the Graphite/Cu FGM can get the maximum hardness of 115 HV, simultaneously, the minimum wear rate of 6.9‰.
