摘要 采用浸泡腐蚀法、失重法和电化学法测试了不含Ce和含Ce的X80管线钢在不同浓度NaCl溶液中的腐蚀行为,并分析了造成腐蚀性能差异的作用机理。结果表明,含Ce和不含Ce的X80管线钢在NaCl溶液中浸泡45天后的表面都被红棕色的腐蚀产物所覆盖,添加Ce的B试样的表面形貌中的点腐蚀坑数量相对A试样更少,且表面点腐蚀坑更浅;添加Ce的B试样的腐蚀速率都要低于不含Ce的A试样;在X80管线钢中添加Ce后,试样的腐蚀电位发生了正向移动,且腐蚀电流密度相对更小,添加Ce的B试样的耐腐蚀性能要优于不含Ce的A试样。 The corrosion behavior of X80 pipeline steel with and without Ce in different concentration of NaCl solution was tested by immersion corrosion method, weight loss method and electrochemical method, and the mechanism was analyzed. The results show that the surface of the X80 steel pipeline with and without Ce after 45 days of immersion was covered with red brown corrosion products, the number of pitting corrosion on the surface morphology of the sample with Ce is relatively less and surface corrosion pits seems shallower. The corrosion rate of the sample with Ce is lower than that of the sample without Ce. After the addition of Ce in the X80 pipeline steel, the corrosion potential of the sample has positive displacement and the corrosion current density is relatively smaller, the corrosion resistance of the sample with Ce is better than that of the sample without Ce.
