铸坯连铸二次冷却模型的研究与开发

摘要 结合铸坯的冷却规律,利用有限差分法对二维凝固传热数学模型进行了差分变换求解。结合拉速、钢种和过热度,建立了铸坯二冷配水控制模型。利用Visual Basic 6.0开发了二次冷却仿真软件,模拟了铸坯的凝固传热过程,对二冷配水进行了优化。通过验证,新模型和二次冷却仿真软件可以对二次冷却配水量进行有效优化,经过优化,铸坯表面温度误差在3.8℃,温度波动减小,提高了铸坯质量。 Combined with the cooling law of casting billet, the finite difference method was used to solve the 2Dl solidification heat transfer mathematical model. Combined with casting speed, steel type and super heat, a secondary cooling water distribution model of casting steel was set up. Using Visual Basic 6.0 to develop the secondary cooling simulation software, the solidification heat transfer process of casting bille was simulated and the secondary cooling water distribution was optimized. By the verification, the new model and the software can be used to optimize the secondary cooling water distribution, after optimization, the surface temperature error of the casting billet is 3.8 ℃, the temperature fluctuation is reduced and the quality of the casting billet is improved.
