U型钢成型过程中回弹影响因素的综合分析

摘要 为了研究U型钢弯曲成型过程中的各种影响因素对回弹角的影响,对U型钢回弹时回弹角的求解公式进行了理论推导,分析可知回弹角随相对弯曲半径值增大而增大;弯曲角越大,回弹角越大;弹性模量越大,回弹量越小。用有限元软件ANSYS建立模型,模拟分析相对弯曲半径、弯曲角和弹性模量对回弹角的影响。模拟分析可知,在相同的条件下,回弹角随相对弯曲半径值增大而增大,回弹量基本与相对弯曲半径成线性关系;弯曲角度的大小对回弹有显著的影响,在相同的条件下,弯曲角越大,回弹角越大;材料的弹性模量对回弹有显著的影响,回弹量随弹性模量的增大而减小。 In order to study the influence of springback factors on the rebound angle of U-shape steel during bending forming process, a theoretical formula of springback angle was performed during bending forming process. The analysis results show that the springback angle increases with the increase of relative bending radius value. The greater the bending angle, the greater the springback angle. The smaller the modulus of elasticity, the greater the springback amount. A models was built by ANSYS, the influence of relative bending radius, bending angle and elasticity modulus on springback angle was simulated during bending forming process. The results show that the springback angle increases with the increase of relative bending radius value, the relationship between the springback angle and the relative bending radius is a linear one.The size of the bending angle has significant effect on the springback angle, the greater the bending angle, the greater the springback angle. The springback amount decreases with the increase of elastic modulus.
