摘要 零间隙配置的镀锌薄板焊接与汽车工业有明显的利益关系。汽车工业应用这种激光焊接方法,可在普通的制造过程中生产出高耐久性的车身。现如今,良好的焊接效果只能通过昂贵的建设性过程,如夹紧装置来实现。由于在两个薄板的接触面上会排出汽化锌,实现零间隙配置焊接是一项很大的挑战。为找到影响锁眼和熔化槽的合适焊接参数,研发了应用于激光微创焊接的三维模拟和高速成像系统。 Galvanized sheet zero-gap configuration welding has obvious interest relationship in auto industry. Using laser welding method in automobile industry can make the automobile body produce high durability in general manufacturing process. Nowadays, the good welding effect only through the expensive construction process, such as clamping device to realize. Because the two thin plates on the contact surface will be discharged vaporization of zinc, to achieve zero gap configuration welding is a big challenge. In order to find the suitable welding parameters to affect the keyhole and melting groove, 3D simulation used for laser minimally invasive welding and high-speed imaging system were developed.
