System Optimization of Production Logistics for SGE15 kg Standard Silver Ingot

摘要 15 kg标准银锭是上海黄金交易所(SGE)实物交割的主要品种之一,通过分析银锭的生产工艺,构建了生产物流结构图并进行了系统优化:银锭凝固后,以工业机器人为物理核心,将后续的生产工艺串联起来,形成生产物流闭环。实践表明:每次浇铸10块银锭,制造时间缩短36.26%,搬运时间缩短76.12%,搬运距离缩短88.37%,操作人员减少60%,产量提高了33.33%。 15 kg standard silver ingot is one of the main varieties for physical delivery in Shanghai Gold Exchange(SGE).By analyzing the production process of silver ingot, the structure chart for production logistics was formed and the system optimization was carried out as well. After solidification of silver ingot, taking industrial robots as the physical core to connect the follow-up production process, a closed-loop production logistics was form ed. Practice shows that: 10 silver ingots are cast at each batch, 36.26% reduction in manufacturing time, 76.12% reduction in handling time, 88.37%reduction in handling distance, 60% reduction in labor force(operator) and 33.33% increase in production output.
