摘要
研究了型砂温度对铸件品质的影响,分析比较了传统旧砂冷却设备和新型旧砂冷却设备的工作原理和特点。结果表明,真空混砂系统和变频冷却混砂机具有环保、节能、集约等特点,能够更好地控制出砂温度和型砂品质,从而提高铸件性能。
The influence of foundry sand temperature on casting’s quality was studied. The working principle and characteristics between the traditional sand cooling equipment and the new ones were analyzed. The results show that the speed-varied sand mixer with cooling and vacuum sand mixing system has their general advantages of environmental friendly, energy-saving and intensive. Those equipments can better control the temperature and quality of the foundry sand to improve casting properties.
