Only by realizing innovation in economic management, can enterprises adapt to the new economic situation and improve their market competitiveness, occupy a space in market competition in new era. From the function and significance of enterprise economic management, this paper analyzes the problems of enterprise economic management under the new situation, and puts forward some countermeasures for enterprise economic management innovation under the new situation.
