摘要
首先简单介绍了地沟油的来源及危害,深度分析并总结了国际上其他国家的地沟油回收体系。然后着重比较了基于低碳生活方式的地沟油回收体系的优缺点,评价了地沟油的价值,对利用地沟油的未来做出总结与展望。最后分析了地沟油问题久治不愈的原因,同时对现有地沟油监管体系的漏洞提出对策,为合理化应用地沟油问题提供了参考思路。
This paper briefly introduces the source and harm of waste oil, analyzes and summarizes the waste oil recovery system of other countries in the world. The advantages and disadvantages of waste oil recovery system based on the low-carbon lifestyle are compared, the value of waste oil is evaluated, and the future of waste oil utilization is summarized and forecasted. This paper analyzes the causes of waste oil problem, and puts forward some countermeasures to the loopholes of the existing waste oil supervision system, providing reference for rationalizing the application of waste oil.
