Practical Example of Filling Pile with Vibro-sinking Technology in Nanjing Region

振动沉管灌注桩是一种应用较为广泛的桩型。本文以南京新生圩地区某海关查验大楼工程为例，对该类桩的施工程序、操作注意点及有关质量问题的防治措施进行了简单介绍，并对应用中的几个问题进行了探讨。

The filling pile with vibro-sinking is used widely in all kinds of buildings. It has been adopted to consolidate foundation bed, and is capable of increasing its soil bearing capacity and reducing its settlement. Furthermore, it is pollutionless and can attain a high efficiency and a low coast. Because its main construction craft is in concealed state, some engineers of ten wonder whether its quality could be warranted. Taking the Nanjing customs project as an example, the filling pile's construction craft, operation procedures and quality control are demonstrated in this paper. At last, some problems in its application is analysed as well.
