“田园城市理论”视域下浙江特色小镇发展探究

统筹城乡发展是人类社会发展中的难题,埃比尼泽·霍华德的"田园城市理论"形成了发达国家关于城乡融合发展的城市发展理论体系,构建了城乡统筹的城镇化建设机制,在一定程度上满足了人们对现代生活的向往。浙江特色小镇的建设与发展是实现城乡统筹发展的实践创新,符合浙江经济社会发展的实际。浙江"特色小镇"的建设和"田园城市"的理论与实践有一定的契合,是符合人的城市化规律的创新。浙江特色小镇今后发展的趋势是"以人为核心,实现城镇化与产城融合"。

Balancing urban and rural development is a difficult problem in the development of human society. Ebenezer Howard＇s ＂garden city theory and practice＂ laid the foundation for the theoretical system of urban development in devel- oped countries which is about the integration of urban and rural development to establish the urban and rural urbanization mechanism and to meet people＇s yearning for modern life. The construction and development of towns with Zhejiang char- acteristics is to realize the integration of urban and rural development practice and innovation, which is the requirement of the reality in Zhejiang. The ＂garden city＂ theory matches the practice in Zhejiang, and is in line with the innovation of the laws of urbanization. To develop towns with Zhejiang characteristics is ＂to take people as the core to realize urbanization and production integration of the city＂.
