Study on the Relationship between Urban Land Intensive Degrees and Land Use Structure Based on the Improved Grey Relational Model in Lanzhou City

摘要 在测算兰州市土地集约度的基础上,构建改进的灰色关联度模型,研究兰州市土地集约度与土地利用结构之间的相关性。结果表明:1998—2008年兰州市土地集约度逐步提高,经历了由粗放、基本集约到较集约的3个阶段;土地集约度与土地利用结构之间呈现明显的关联性,集约度与建设用地、林地负相关,且与建设用地负相关性较高;与耕地、牧草地、未利用地、园地呈现正相关且相关程度依次减弱。因此,调整土地利用结构是提高土地集约利用的有效途径,因地制宜地控制建设用地,优化耕地、园地、牧草地、未利用地的利用,有助于提高土地集约度。 On the basis of land intensive degrees results, quantitative relationship between land intensive degrees and land use structure were studied using the improved grey relational model. The results showed that:Land intensive degrees gradually increased and had experienced from extensive to more intensive 3 periods in Lanzhou City during 1998 -2008 ;land intensive degrees and land use structure had obvious relation that intensive degrees were negatively related to construction land, woodland, particularly negative relation high for construction land, and the arable land, forage land, unused land and garden land presented positive relation that weakened accordingly. Therefore, adjusting land use structure was effective way to improve land intensive utilization, to restrain the spread of construction land according to local conditions and to optimize cultivated land, garden land, meadow land and unused land utilization, which help to improve land intensive degrees.
