摘要
目的:研究中药打粉泡脚消除运动性疲劳的功效。方法:选取2015年4月~2016年4月同期训练的42例清远市运动员,随机分为实验组和对照组,各21例。对照组采用温水泡脚治疗,实验组采用中药打粉泡脚治疗,比较两组运动性疲劳缓解情况。结果:剧烈运动后泡脚30min,两组的心率减慢,血乳酸浓度降低,反应时缩短,皮肤两点阈减小,与运动后即刻比较具有显著差异(P<0.01),实验组恢复更为显著,明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。与对照组比较,实验组受试者情绪状态测试结果更为理想(P<0.01)。结论:中药打粉泡脚消除运动性疲劳效果显著,值得推广应用。
Objective:To research the effect of Chinese medicine powder foot bath on eliminating Sports fatigue. Methods:42 athletes from Qingyuan City from April 2015 to April 2016 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, who exercised at the same time, 21 cases in each group. The control group was treated with warm water for foot bath. The experimental group was treated with Chinese medicine powder foot bath. The relief of sports fatigue were compared between the two groups.Results :After intense exercise foot bath for 30 minutes, two groups of heart rate slowed down, blood lactic acid concentration decreased, reaction time shorted, skin two-point threshold reduced (P〈0.01), and the recovery of the experimental group was more significant than that of the control group (P〈0.01). Compared with the control group, the emotional state test results of the experimental group were more ideal (P〈 0.01 ). Conclusion : Chinese medicine powder foot bath is remarkable on eliminating Sports fatigue, and worth of popularizing.
