胺碘酮联合β受体阻滞剂对急性心梗并发快速心律失常患者心功能的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的:观察胺碘酮结合β受体阻滞剂治疗急性心梗合并快速心律失常的疗效。方法:选取本院2015年3月~2016年6月收治的急性心梗合并快速心律失常患者60例,随机分为两组,对照组及观察组各30例。两组均给予胺碘酮,观察组在此基础上加用β受体阻滞剂。观察两组心功能改善情况及疗效。结果:观察组心功能改善优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组总有效率(93.33%)高于对照组(66.67%),差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:对急性心梗合并快速心律失常给予胺碘酮结合β受体阻滞剂进行治疗,显著改善患者心功能,临床疗效好。
