品管圈在提高门诊药房自动发药系统工作效率中的应用

Application of quality contral circle in increasing working efficiency of the automatic medicine system in outpatient pharmacy

目的:通过品管圈活动提升门诊药房自动发药系统工作效率。方法:成立品管圈小组,设立活动主题、对现状进行分析并设定目标、拟定对策、确认结果。结果:门诊药房自动发药系统故障发生次数由每周156次下降到48次。结论:通过品管圈活动,提高了门诊药房自动发药系统工作效率、改善了药师工作质量,提升了我院药学服务水平。

Objective： It was promoted the working efficiency of the automatic medicine system by quality control circle in outpatient pharmacy. Methods： Establish QCC group, set up activity theme, analyze current situation and target, formulate strategy and confirm result. Results： The number of outpatient pharmacy automatic dispensing system malfunctions was lowered from 156 times per week to 48 times. Conclusion： With QCC activity, the working efficiency of the dispensing system in outpatient pharmacy was increased. It was promoted the hospital pharmacy service quality.
