摘要
通过建立D-半乳糖致衰老的小鼠,对大别山区金樱子多糖是否有抗衰老作用进行初探,方法是测定胸腺指数、脾脏指数和小鼠血清、肝和脑组织中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、一氧化氮(NO),实验表明,大别山区金樱子多糖可以使衰老模型实验小鼠胸腺指数、脾脏指数显著增加,显著降低MDA、NO含量并显著提高衰老小鼠SOD、GSH-Px活力,并表现良好剂量依赖关系。结果表明了大别山区金樱子多糖可以提高机体抗氧化能力及直接清除自由基等来发挥其延缓衰老作用。
The antisenile effects were studied about polysaccharides from Dabie Mountains Rosa laevigata Michx using a mouse model induced by D-galactose. The thymus index and spleen index of mice were determined. Activities of glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px), superoxide dismutase(SOD), contents of malondialdehyde (MDA) and nitrogen monoxide (NO) in the serum, liver tissue, and brain tissue of mice were measured. The results showed Polysaceharides from Dabie Mountain Rosa laevigata Michx could increase thymus and spleen index of mice obviously. It could also deerease obviously MDA and NO contents, increase significantly SOD and GSH-Px activities of mice. There were dose-dependently in groups. Polysaceharides from Dabie Mountains Rosa laevigata Michx had certain antioxidant activity, and scavenged oxygen free radicals. The results showed that they had a significant antisenile effect.
