摘要
水洗羽毛耗氧量的测定是水洗后的羽毛是否合格的一项重要检测指标,本文通过控制变量法不断改变实验条件,利用酸性高锰酸钾定法分别测定羽毛在不同的水洗次数、不同的震荡时间、不同的滴定温度下的耗氧量值的变化,最终获得羽毛洗净的最佳实验条件,为羽毛耗氧量质量检测提供依据。
The experimental conditions for the determination of oxygen consumption are very strict. The experiment conditions were changed based on the control variable method, through the experiment, the oxygen consumption values were changed by the different washing time, the oscillator frequency and the temperature. Finally the optimal experimental conditions were determined through the comparison the experiment data in this paper.
