摘要 以预处理后的镍渣为主要原料、辅以42.5级硅酸盐水泥和碎石,采用振动成型、自然养护制备镍渣混凝土砖,重点研究了镍渣掺量、水泥用量和龄期对镍渣混凝土砖强度的影响。结果表明:镍渣掺量和水泥掺量对镍渣混凝土砖强度影响明显。随镍渣掺量增大,试样抗压强度逐渐降低,抗折强度先增大后减小;当镍渣、水泥、碎石的质量比为5∶3∶2时,自然养护28 d时的抗压、抗折强度分别为20.97 MPa和4.63 MPa,达到了免烧砖MU20强度等级的要求。 Taking pretreatment of nickel slag as the main raw material, supplemented by 42.5 grade Portland cement and gravel, using vibration molding, natural conservation preparation of nickel slag concrete brick, the effects of nickel slag content, cement dosage and age on the strength of nickel slag concrete brick were studied emphatically. The results show that the content of nickel slag and the content of cement have obvious influence on the strength of nickel slag concrete brick. With the increase of nickel slag content, the compressive strength of the sample decreases gradually, and the flexural strength increases first and then decreases. When the mass ratio of nickel slag, cement and gravel is 5 : 3 : 2, the compressive strength and flexural strength of natural dredging are 20.97 MPa and 4.63 MPa respectively, which meet the requirements of MU20 strength grade.
