合肥滨湖新区湖积软土固化配方试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 湖积软土在合肥滨湖新区分布广泛,其性能难以满足工程建设需要,需进行固化处理。采用固化助剂粒化高炉矿渣(GGBS)和激发剂CaO、石膏,通过组合配比对加固体进行室内无侧限抗压强度试验。以GGBS、CaO和石膏的掺量作为影响因子,以7 d和28 d固化体的无侧限抗压强度作为响应值,采用BoxBehnken法进行试验。结果表明:7 d时,GGBS与石膏的交互作用显著;28d时,石膏与CaO的交互作用显著。通过交互作用分析,最终得出3种外添剂GGBS、CaO和石膏在7 d和28 d的最优配比分别为12.18%、3.62%、3.71%(7 d)和11.6%、4.08%、4.50%(28 d)。将GGBS固化土与水泥土的固化效果进行对比分析,验证新型固化材料GGBS作为软土固化剂的可行性。 The lacustrine soft soil is widely distributed in Binhu New Area of Hefei Province, and its performance is difficult to meet the need of project construction, which needs to be cured. (GGBS) and activator CaO, gypsum were used to control the indentation strength of the solidified body by the combination ratio. The effects of GGBS, CaO and gypsum as the influencing factors were studied by Box-Behnken method with the un- confined compressive strength of 7 d and 28 d. At 28 days, the interaction between gypsum and CaO was sig- nificant. The optimal ratios of GGBS, CaO and gypsum were 12.18%, 3.62%, 3.71% (7 d) and 11.6% and 4.08% respectively at 7 d and 28d, respectively, by interaction analysis. 4.50% (28 d). The feasibility of GGBS solidified soil and cement soil was compared and analyzed to verify the feasibility of the new curing material GGBS as soft soil curing agent.
