摘要
[目的]山西省谷子种植区地形多为丘陵山地,播种效率低,为提高其播种效率。[方法]本文针对山西省谷子种植区的地形特点,根据谷子免间苗精少量播种的农艺要求设计了人畜力谷子精少量播种机,计算了播种机主要结构参数,阐述了其工作过程。以总排量稳定性变异系数、各行一致性变异系数、播量均匀性变异系数、种子破碎率为指标对其播种性能进行了试验。[结果]结果表明:总排量稳定性变异系数小于2.5%;各行排量一致性变异系数小于2.7%;播量均匀性变异系数小于41%;种子破碎率小于0.5%,符合国家行业标准。[结论]人畜力谷子精少量播种机的设计为研制适合山西地形特点的播种机械提供了依据。
[Objective]Millet planting area is hilly and mountainous terrain in Shanxi Province, the seeding efficiency is tow, to increase the seeding efficiency,[Methods]according to the topographic features of millet planting area in Shanxi province, with millet free thinning precision seeding agronomic requirements, we designed a millet precision seeding ma chine using human and animal power. In this article,the main structure parameters of seeding machine was calculated, and its working process was expounded. We did test on seeding performance, the indexes of test were variation coefficient of seeding stability,variation coefficient of evenness of seeding rate between rows, variation coefficient of sowing uniformity and seed damage rate. [Results]The results showed that the variation coefficient of seeding stability was less than 2.5%, the variation coefficient of evenness of seeding rate between rows was less than 2.7 %, the variation coeffi cient of sowing uniformity was less than 41%, the seed damage rate was less than 0.5 %. It was adapted to the national industry standards. [Conclution]The design of precision seeding machine using human and animal power for millet was to provide a basis of the manufacture seeding machine for Shanxi terrain features.
