公英制不同大小螺纹牙型角对螺栓组受力的影响

摘要 螺栓组连接中,针对公制(美制)和英制所规定的螺纹连接中牙型角的不同,在只受轴向载荷作用且其他条件均相同的情况下,分别对作用于螺纹牙上载荷的大小和分布情况通过Matlab进行计算仿真分析。结果表明:公制60°螺纹牙型角在受力强度及载荷分布均匀性方面都是优于英制55°螺纹牙型角的。且在螺栓连接旋合区段内的受力分析中显示,所施加载荷的近40%的力承受在前几圈螺纹上,以及在沿着旋合方向上所受载荷逐渐呈递减的梯度分布规律。这与我国现代化工业生产中大多采用公制螺纹标准相吻合。 In bolt connection, according to metric and imperial systems, the tooth type angles are different. The only axial loading and other conditions are in the same situation respectively to the effect of load on the thread size and distribution calculated by matlab simulation analysis. The results show that the metric 60 ° type of thread angle on the stress intensity and load distribution uniformity is superior to the imperial 55° type of thread Angle. And in the stress analysis of bolt connection screw or segment,nearly 40% of the applied load by force to bear on a few laps before thread. And along the spiral and direction of gradi- ent distribution by load will decrease gradually. This is in line with China' s modern industrial productionusing metric thread standards.
