摘要
该安全栅保护电路设计宗旨是为石油、化工、煤炭、金属非金属矿山等一些工业安全生产场所需要的隔爆兼本安电源本安设计提供一种切实可行的解决方案,本设计在电源前端故障时电压高于19.6V时切断电源输出,以免高压接入后端设备引起安全隐患,并创新的引入一个双单稳多谐振荡电路,大大降低了负载电流过大或短路时,电源单位时间内对外输出能量的平均值,从而电源释放的能量被大大降低,保证不会产生引燃爆炸性气体或粉尘的火花。应用本设计方案的隔爆兼本安电源已批量应用于煤矿及金属非金属矿山等存在易燃易爆气体或粉尘的工业场所,设备运行稳定可靠。
The safety barrier protection circuit is designed for oil, chemical, coal, metal non-metal mines and other places of safety which need flame-proof and Intrinsically safe power, this Intrinsically safe design circuit provides a feasible solution, this design in power front fault cut off power supply when the output voltage is higher than 19.6 V, in order to avoid high-pressure access backend equipment cause potential safety hazard. The design introduces innovative a double monostable harmonic oscillation circuit, greatly reduces the average of the power of energy output per unit time when the load current is too large, or short circuit, ensure that won't produce sparks of explosive gas or dust. Flame-proof, safety power supply of useing the design scheme has been batch used in coal mine and metal non-metal mines ,flammable and explosive gas or dust in the industrial sites, equipment operation is stable and reliable.
