摘要
以长沙某智能装备有限公司的五层后悬臂立体车库为例,给出了五层后悬臂立体车库的总体框架,分析了立体车库系统控制所需的各项功能,设计了基于RS485、变频器及PLC的车库控制硬件系统及部分软件流程,经过现场联调及测试,满足了五层后悬臂立体车库的控制要求。该立体车库在同等占地情况下,与市面上的同类产品相比,可以多停一辆车,在一定程度上解决了城市土地供应紧张与停车难的矛盾,达到了设计目的。相比市面上的同类产品,性价比更高。
A case study of the five storey rear cantilever stereo garage of Changsha Intelligent Equipment Co. , Ltd. The overall frame of the five storey rear cantilever stereo garage is given, and the function of the control system is analyzed. Based on RS485, transducer and PLC, the hardware system and software flow of the garage control system are designed, and the control re- quirements of the five storey cantilever stereo garage are met after the field alignment and testing. The stereo garage in the same area of cases, compared with similar products on the market, can stop a car, to a certain extent, solve the contradiction between the city land supply and parking, achieve the design objective. Compared with similar products on the market, the price is higher.
