摘要 从改革开放以来,我国的航空航天制造业、轮船业及汽车产业的快速发展,促使冲压用模具一直以20%左右每年的速度在增长。在冲压件加工制造中,模具是不可或缺的,属于技术集中型产品。冲压用模具的研发及生产会直接影响冲压件性能、制造效率、甚至成本等方面。国内的冲压模具研发及制造企业都有一些通病:损坏快、精度不达标、生产流程长、误差较大等情况,可以说模具的数字化科技发展较慢是这些问题发生的根本原因。因此,全面促进模具数字化科技研发及制造的发展,可以让数字化科技普及到模具产业,提升模具的制造效率及性能,可以改善传统模具生产企业,这将变成未来国内模具公司发展的方向。 Since the reform and opening up, the rapid development of China's aerospace industry, shipping industry and the automotive industry, prompting the stamping die has been growing at an annual rate of about 20%. Therefore, to promote the comprehensive development of digital technology and Research on mould manufacturing, can make the digital science and technology popularization to the mold industry, improve manufacturing efficiency and performance of the mold, can improve the traditional mold manufacturing enterprises, which will become the future development direction of domestic mold companies.
