摘要 针对煤矿水源井距矿井远、集中控制困难、管理效率低等问题,介绍了一种基于MSP430的水源井测控终端。以MSP430F149为监控核心,通过压力变送器和电量采集模块分别对水源井出水压力和水泵运行状态在线检测,实时的采集、处理和显示数据,并把处理的数据通过GPRS无线发射模块传送到矿井调度中心,调度室将接收的数据进行处理,并建立数据文件,从而实现远程监控。经试验表明该系统运行可靠,能够实时获得设备运行状态、故障预警信息等运行参数,达到良好的效果。 According to the problem of coal mine water well : the far of the distance, the difficult of the centralized control, the low efficiency of management and so on. Introduced the monitor and control terminal of coal mine water well based on MSP430 technology. MSP430F149 as the core of the monitor and control, using transmitter for real-time online monitoring, such as the pressure transmitter and power acquisition module, real-time data acquisition, processing and displaying, and the processing of data transmitted by GPRS wireless transmitting module to the mine dispatching center. The mine dispatching center will receive the data and process the data, meanwhile, the data files are established in the computer, finally, the remote monitoring will be realized. The result of the experiment show that this system can reliable operation and obtain real-time operating parameters, such as the state of the equipment running and the early warning information of the ahead of schedule, achieving a good effect.
