摘要
为改善钨粉制备的传统生产方式,提高生产效率和产品质量,设计了一种自动上下料装载输送控制系统,通过逻辑时序控制实现生产设备自动运行以及生产过程各参数的精确控制,通过闭环控制实现执行机构精确定位和快速位置移动,配备人机交互界面便于日常生产操作、设备参数设定及状态监控,本系统应用实现了钨粉制备上下料及装载输送全程自动控制,节省了大量人力资源,减轻了工作人员劳动强度,改善了工人劳动条件,显著提高了产品质量,系统运行稳定、可靠。
In order to improve the traditional production mode of the preparation of tungsten powder, raise production efficiency and product quality, a kind of control system which can load and transport material automatically is designed, it realizes automatic production and accurate control of the production process parameters through the logic sequential control, and implements precise positioning and actuator position quickly through the closed loop control, the system equips human machine interface to facilitate daily production operation, equipment condition monitoring and parameter setting. The application of this system completely realizes automatic control of loading and transporting material for tungsten powder preparation, saves a large amount of human resources, reduces the labor intensity of workers, improves the working conditions, and significantly upgrades the product quality. The system is stable and reliable.
