摘要
21世纪以来,我国城市化进程发展迅速,国家和政府倡导可持续的发展观念,节能环保是智能建筑目前和未来发展的主要方向。然而现在,现代智能建筑中存在电气能耗过高、电气节能系统运转效率偏低、节能效果不显著等问题,需要电气工程师从系统优化出发来完善和优化电气节能控制系统和安全管理系统。因此,本文基于对智能化建筑和电气节能优化的概述,分析了智能建筑电气节能的发展现状和存在问题,最后从控制系统优化和安全管理系统优化两方面给出了相关的优化措施,以期促进智能建筑电气节能的优化,提高现代建筑的环保效益和经济效益。
Since the 21st century, China's urbanization process is developing rapidly, state and government to advocate the sustainable development idea, energy conservation and environmental protection is the main development direction of intelligent building at present and the future. Now, however, modern intelligent building electrical energy consumption is too high, electrical energy-saving system work efficiency is low, no significant energy saving effect, need to electrical engineers to improve and optimize the electrical energy saving point of view of system optimization control system and safety management system. Therefore, this article based on the overview of intelligent building and electrical energy saving optimization, this paper analyzes the present situation and the development of intelligent building electrical energy saving problem, finally from the two aspects of control system optimization and safety management system optimization related optimization measures are given, in order to promote the intelligent building electrical energy saving optimization, improve the environmental benefit and economic benefit of modern architecture.
