气体流量计在高压状态呈现与常压不同的计量性能,为对其溯源需建立高压气体流量装置。综述了高压气体流量装置的发展及趋势,介绍了环道技术在高压气体流量装置中的应用,并对环道流量装置的结构及关键技术进行研究,给出合理化建议。

The gas flowmeter presents different metrology performance with the atmospheric pressure in the high pressurestate. The development and the trend of high pressure gas flow device were reviewed. The application of loop technology in highpressure gas flow device was introduced. The components and key technologies of the loop system were studied, and the importantissues in the device construction were proposed.
