中药白术与苍术中聚炔类成分分析与质谱裂解规律研究 被引量:11

Identification and mass spectrum fragmentation study of polyacetylenes constituents from the rhizomes of Atractylodis macrocephalae and Atractylodes lancea

摘要 目的:分析比较中药白术与苍术中聚炔类特征性成分。方法:采用超高效液相(UHPLC)联合二极管阵列检测器和高分辨多级质谱(LTQ Orbitrap MS/MS)在线检测技术,分析比较白术与苍术聚炔类特征性成分。结果:从炒白术和炒苍术中分别鉴定11和19个聚炔类成分,两者共有聚炔7个,白术中特有的聚炔类成分4个,苍术中特有聚炔类成分12个。结论:通过高分辨液质联用在线分析技术可以快速鉴别白术和苍术中含量大、稳定性差不易被分离纯化的聚炔类成分;白术和苍术中不同聚炔成分可以作为二者的鉴别依据,也可为两者功效差异的物质基础研究提供参考,并为提升两者药材质量标准提供依据。 Objective: To compare and analyze the typical polyacetylenes constituents from Atractylodis macrocephalae rhizome (baizhu) and Atractylodis lancea (cangzhu). Methods: An ultra-high performance liquid chromatography coupled with photo-diode array and high resolution mass spectrum (LTQ Orbitrap MS/MS) was applied to perform the study of the polyacetylenes constituents from baizhu and cangzhu. Results: 11 and 19 polyacetylenes were identified in baizhu and cangzhu, respectively. Among them, 7 polyacetylenes were contained both in baizhu and cangzhu, while the other 4 components in baizhu were differed from the left 12 components in cangzhu. Conclusion: Online LC-MS analysis technology can identify the main polyacetylenes constituents which were unstable and hard to purify from baizhu and cangzhu rapidly. The difference of the polyacetylenes constituents from baizhu and cangzhu can provide the evidence to distinguish them, and also help to explain why the two herbs have difference effects, as well as the promotion of their quality control standards.
