德国小城镇浅层地热运用的解析与启发

Analysis and Prospect of the Utilizations of Shallow Geothermal Energy in Suburbs and Small Towns in Germany

能源是城市问题的重要环节,德国太阳能和风能普及,当前更积极的运用"地热能",特别是浅层地热技术在小城镇的民间与商业实现已相当成熟。中国国家"十二五"规划和"十三五"规划建议中,亦明确以续优化新能源实现为政策。借鉴德国"浅层地热"应用的启发,将就地性优势、低成本传输与易融入环境等优点,运用解决于中国城中村、新农村发展等区域性能源问题,其良性效应当能为中国地热技术的落实起到事半功倍之成效。

Energy is the essential part of the urban issues. In Germany, with the promotion and utilization of solar and wind energies, the utilization technologies of geothermal energy especially shallow geothermal energy are also well developed and commercialized in suburbs and small towns. The Twelfth Five-Year Plan （The Twelfth Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development of the People＇s Republic of China） and Proposal on Formulating the Thirteenth Five-Year Plan （2016- 2020） on National Economic and Social Development have made clear statement to promote the developing of the renewable clean energy in China. With the inspiration of the utilization experiences of the shallow geothermal energy in Germany, namely by realization of the local resource, lower transportation cost as well as parfect integration within the environment, the geothermal energy could develop in a more efficient and positive way in China, especially in terms of solving the energy problems from the construction and development of urban village and new rural areas.
