中职生主观幸福感与自尊、领悟社会支持相关性实证分析 被引量:3

摘要 采用主观幸福感量表、自尊量表和领悟社会支持量表对新疆某职业中学的部分学生进行问卷调查,结果显示:中职生的主观幸福感普遍处于中等水平,对目前总体生活的满意度和体验到积极情感比较多;中职生的主观幸福感在家庭所在地上存在显著差异;主观幸福感在父母婚姻状况上存在显著差异;中职生的主观幸福感与自尊存在显著相关性;主观幸福感与领悟社会支持存在显著相关性。学校、教师、家长应从多方面着手对中职生进行正确的指导,提升中职生的主观幸福感。 Through the subjective well-being scale, self-esteem scale and understanding social support scale, the questionnaire survey was carried out toward part of students of one vocational middle school of Xinjiang. The results show that the subjective well-being of students is in the medium level generally, and they experience the more positive feelings and satisfy their current life; the difference of subjective well-being exists among students from different location of family(cities, towns, rural); the difference of subjective well-being also exists among students with different parents' marital status(parents, divorced); their subjective well-being is significantly related to self-esteem; and their subjective well-being is related to their understanding social support significantly. Thus, schools, teachers and parents should provide correct guidance for students from multiple approaches to improve students' subjective well-being.
