摘要
目的探讨全科门诊实施AIDET诊疗流程,并分析成效,制定出适合社区卫生服务工作的全科门诊诊疗流程。方法选择2015年4月~2015年11月到社区就诊的病人和试点社康的医生分为两组,其中病人共400例,医生共10名。对照组(非AIDET标准化沟通服务):200例病人,5名试点社康中心的普通全科医生。观察组(AIDET标准化沟通服务):200例病人,5名同一社康中心的第二、三级培训班全科医生学员。两组均是一名医生接诊40例病人。对两组进行实施效果评估,收集病例、问卷调查表、考核标准落实等的资料进行对照分析。结果观察组接诊病人的疾病诊治准确率93.5%,满意度82%,知情度87.5%,随诊遵从性84.5%。以上数据均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 AIDET全科接诊流程在实施过程中提高了全科医师的诊治能力,获得医患的一致好评,值得大力推广。
Objective Explored the implementation of AIDET diagnosis and treatment process, and analyze the results, to develop a general out-patient clinic process for community health services.Methods Divided the patients and pilot community doctors into two groups, In 4,2015 -11,2015 year includedpatients 400 cases, 10 doctors.Controled group (without AIDEL standardized communication service): 200 patients, 5 general practitioner first class.The observation group (AIDEL standard communication service): 200 cases of patients, 5 with a second, three community health center in the training class of general practitioner trainees.The two groups were a doctor to seen 40 patients.Two groups were evaluated for the effect of the implementation, and the data of the cases, the questionnaire and implementation of the assessment criteria were analyzed.Results The observation group patients the accuracy of disease diagnosis and treatment was satisfaction 93.5%, informed 82%, follow-up compliance 84.5%.
