摘要 目的探讨学校教师主导护理临床见习教学对学生观察能力和评判性思维能力的影响。方法在44名护理大专生的临床见习中,应用"学校教师主导"的带教模式。在见习前、后采用临床见习学生观察能力评价量表和评判性思维能力量表进行评价。结果见习后,学生的观察能力总分及观察认知、观察能力品质维度得分高于见习前(P<0.05),学生的评判性思维能力总分及各维度得分高于见习前(P<0.05)。结论学校教师主导护理临床见习教学能提高学生的观察能力和评判性思维能力。 objective To explore the effects of "school teacher-oriented" teaching model on observation ability and critical thinking ability of nursing students during practice. Methods A classes of nursing students were as- signed to the experimental group(n=44) and "school teacher-oriented" method were used. Students' performance in their observation ability and critical thinking ability were compared before and after the clinical practice. Results After clinical practice,the total score of observation ability and the scores of observation knowledge,the quality of observation were higher than that of before(P〈O.05). The total score of critical thinking ability and each dimension score were higher than that of before(P〈0.05). Conclusion "School teacher-oriented" model can improve observa- tion ability and critical thinking ability of nursing students.
