摘要 目的探讨专题研讨结合案例教学在护理本科健康评估课程中的应用效果。方法将2013级116名本科生按照班级随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组采用专题研讨结合案例教学方法,对照组采用传统教学方法。课程学习结束后,采用理论考核与问卷调查评价学生的学习效果。结果试验组和对照组的理论考核成绩分别为(76.93±10.22)分和(70.40±17.54)分、实践考核成绩分别为(75.47±5.56)分和(71.24±5.14)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);问卷调查结果显示,试验组学生自主学习能力、评判性思维能力均高于对照组;学生对专题研讨结合案例教学这种方法总体反馈较好。结论专题研讨结合案例教学方法能够提高学生的理论及实践能力,并能促进学生自主学习能力及评判性思维能力的提升。 Objective To explore the effects of seminar in combination with case-based learning in the course of health assessment for nursing undergraduates. Methods From Grade 2013,116 college students were randomly di- vided into the experimental group and the control group. The control group received traditional teaching method, while "Seminar-CBL" teaching method was applied to the experimental group. At the end of the course,the effectiveness of the students' learning was evaluated via questionnaire survey and the final examination. Results The theory examination score in the experiment group was(76.93+10.22) and the score in the control group was(70.40_+ 17.54).The experimental group scored(75.47-+5.56) of the clinical nursing assessment skills,while the control group scored (71.24+5.14). Scores of the theories and the practice skills in two groups were statistically significantly dif- ferent (P〈0.05). The experimental group got significant better performance in cultivating self-learning ability and promoting critical thinking ability.Questionnaire survey showed that the students had better satisfaction about "Seminar- CBL" teaching method. Conclusion The "Seminar-CBL" teaching method is superior to the traditional one. It can not only improve students' scores of the theories and the practice skills,but also help students to promote self- learning ability and critical thinking ability.
