回授法联合手机应用程序在先天性心脏病患儿家属健康教育中的应用 被引量:11

摘要 目的探讨回授法联合手机应用程序(application,APP)在先天性心脏病患儿家属健康教育中的应用效果。方法选取2016年5月—2016年8月实施手术治疗的58例先天性心脏病患儿的家属,使用回授法联合手机APP对其进行健康教育。结果用回授法和手机APP进行健康教育后,所有家属都能掌握相关知识。APP使用点击率在安全知识、饮食知识、用药知识、康复知识、出院指导5个方面分别为732次、695次、1 846次、1 067次及694次。结论采用回授法联合手机APP有助于患儿家属掌握健康教育的内容,患儿家属使用手机APP获取健康教育知识的频率较高。 Objective To examine the effects of teach-back method together with mobile APP in health education for families with congenital heart disease children. Methods In May to August 2016,teach-back method together with mobile phone APP was used in families with 58 congenital heart disease children. The families' mastery de- gree of relevant knowledge was analyzed. Results With the teach-back method and mobile APP for health education, all the families could master the relevant knowledge. The click number on mobile phone of safety knowledge,diet knowledge,medication knowledge,rehabilitation knowledge,and discharge education was 732,695,1846,1067 and 694 times respectively. Conclusion The teach-back method together with mobile phone APP health education pattern can improve the families' disease knowledge level and the frequency of using the mobile phone APP to obtain health education knowledge.
