283名护理本科生临床见习满意度的调查研究

Research and analysis the satisfaction degree of clinical probation among 283 undergraduate nursing students

目的了解护理专业本科学生对临床见习的满意度情况。方法采用自行编制问卷对283名护理专业本科学生的临床见习满意度进行调查,调查内容包括见习安排、医院教学硬件设施、见习教学质量、见习效果及教学管理5个方面。结果学生对临床见习的总体满意度为71.5%;其中对临床见习安排满意度最低为57.2%;满意度最高的是临床见习教学质量为78.1%。结论护理专业本科学生临床见习满意度有待提高,应采取措施进一步加强临床见习教学管理,提高临床见习教学质量。

Objective To investigate the satisfaction degree of clinical probation among undergraduate nursing students. Methods A total of 283 undergraduate nursing students were investigated using a self-designed questionnaire. Data collected about the satisfaction degree include clinical probation＇s arrangement,the hospital teaching conditions,the teaching quality,the effect of clinical probation and the management department. Results Intern overall satisfaction with clinical probation among undergraduate nursing students was 71.5%,and the satisfaction degree to clinical probation＇s arrangement was the lowest（57.2%）,the satisfaction degree to the quality of clinical probation was the highest （78.1%）. Conclusion The satisfaction degree of undergraduate nursing students with clinical probation is not high. It is suggested to take measures to further standardize the clinical practice and promote the quality of clinical pro- bation.
