摘要
以第三军医大学496名高年级学员为调查对象,采用自编本科生导师制问卷进行测量。调查了军医大学学员对现行本科生导师制的实施效果、满意度和自身成长需求的看法。调查结果发现,尽管学员整体上对本科生导师的满意度较高,但对其实施效果认可度不高,实施过程中本科生导师扮演角色、带教形式和带教频率等均与学员期望值有较大差距,尤其是带教的经常性严重不足。由此可见,虽然现行本科生导师制取得了一定的效果,但还需要进一步建立健全制度、搞好宣传教育、狠抓落实,以期进一步提高其实施效果。
This study investigated the implementation effect, satisfaction to tutor and growth needs of the tutorial system in 496 medical senior before internship from Third Military Medical University using self-de- veloping questionnaire. Results show that the recognitions to implementation effect to tutorial system were rela- tively low and there were significant gaps between the reality and expectation in the roles, instructional con- tents and times of the tutors, although most students expressed satisfied with their tutors. It follows that the tu- torial system for military medical undergraduates requires more sophistication and judgment.
