日本的营养师制度和营养学专业教育比较完善，值得我们借鉴。本文主要介绍日本营养师相关法律法规、营养师培养机构及其国家考试、营养师的继续教育等方面，并以日本新渴医疗福祉大学为例，介绍日本管理营养师的本科教育，以供我国营养学专业教育和营养师制度的未来发展参考。

The Japanese qualification system and training for dietitian are comparatively developed, and their experience certainly merits our reference. In this article, we mainly introduced the Japanese nutrition legislation, the training system of registered dietitian, the national examination of registered dietitian, and con- tinuing education system of registered dietitian in Japan. We also took Niigata University of Health and Wel- fare as an example to introduce the Japanese undergraduate education programe for dietitian. This article pro- vided important reference for the development and improvement of the registered dietitian system in our country.
