静脉桥血管内膜增生机制的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 冠状动脉旁路移植术(CABG)仍然是严重冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病最有效的治疗方法。自体大隐静脉是目前最主要的移植管道[1-2],但是移植静脉内膜增生(IH)却严重影响其远期通畅。严重的IH导致患者再次行血管重建手术,甚至出现心肌梗死或者死亡[3]。因此,无论对个人还是对社会,IH所导致的术后并发症都是一个严重的负担。移植静脉的生物学特点决定其必须通过调节机制来重构自身结构适应新的动脉环境。
