摘要
目的:探索长期吸食甲基苯丙胺对机体免疫功能的影响。方法:采集51例长期吸食甲基苯丙胺患者(甲基苯丙胺组)的血样,检测其血常规、T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+)、B细胞(Bcell)、NK细胞(NK cell)、免疫球蛋白E(IgE)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白A(Ig A)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、补体C3、补体C4,并与53例健康体检者(正常对照组)进行比较。结果:甲基苯丙胺组CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+、B cell、NK cell、IgG、IgM、C3、C4较正常对照组降低,两者比较差异有统计学意义,两组之间CD8^+、IgE、Ig A差异无统计学意义。甲基苯丙胺组白细胞(WBC)、中性粒细胞(NEU)、中性粒细胞比率(NEU%)、淋巴细胞比率(LYM%)、血小板(PLT)较正常对照降低,差异具有统计学意义,两组淋巴细胞(LYM)、单核细胞(MON)、单核细胞比率(MON%)、红细胞(RBC)、血红蛋白(HGB)比较无统计学差异。结论:长期吸食甲基苯丙胺对免疫功能有不同程度的损害,甲基苯丙胺对机体免疫功能的抑制作用不仅作用于各种淋巴细胞,亦对某些血细胞有不同程度的抑制。
Objective:To investigate the influence of methamphetamine on immunologic function in drug abusers. Methods:The data from 51 cases of methamphetamine abusers( methamphetamine group) and 53 participants who had physical examination (normal control group ) were collected, The T lymphocyte subsets cell( CD3 + , CD 4+, CD 8 + , CD 4 +/CD 8 + ), B cell, NK cell, IgE , IgG,IgA, IgM, C3 ,C4 and blood routine were detected. Results :There were statistically significant differences in CD3 + , CD4 + ,CD4 +/ CD8 + ,B cell, NK cell, IgG, IgM, C3, C4 , WBC, NEU, NEU% , LYM% between two groups, but the CD8 + ,IgE,IgA,LYM, MON, MON% and RBC were not statistically significant between two groups. Conclusion: There are significant differences of impaired immunologic function in methamphetamine group compared with the normal control group. The influence of methamphetamine on immunologic function is not only applied to a variety of lymphocytes, but also for some blood cells.
