社会支持对美沙酮维持治疗依从性的影响

THE EFFECT OF SOCIAL SUPPORT ON THE ADHERENCE AMONG MMT PATIENTS

目的:探讨领悟社会支持、实际社会支持对美沙酮维持治疗依从性的影响。方法:用实际社会支持量表、领悟社会支持量表和美沙酮治疗依从性指标(维持治疗时间、偷吸毒品)对维持治疗者进行问卷调查。结果:实际社会支持、领悟社会支持与维持治疗时间显著正相关,与偷吸毒品显著负相关。领悟社会支持在实际社会支持对维持治疗时间和偷吸毒品的预测中起完全中介作用。结论:社会支持影响美沙酮治疗依从性,实际社会支持完全通过领悟社会支持对治疗依从性产生影响。

Objectve：To study the influence of social support on the methadone maintenancetreatment adherence. Support Rating Scale Methods： The drug users in methadone treatment clinics were investigated to Social （SSRS）, Perceived Social Support Scale （PSSS） as well as the Index Methadone Treatment Adherence （the time length of maintaince treatment, illegally taking drugs）. Results： There was significantly positive correlation between received social support, perceived social support with the time length of maintaince treatment, but negatively played a completely mediating role in the relation be to illagally taking drugs. Perceived social support tween received social support and the time length of maintaince treatment, illagally taking drugs. Conclusion： Social support has a positive influence on methadone treatment adherence, and received social support exerts an effect on methadone treatment adherence entirely through the perceived social support.
